For owner-occupied homes the state program is fully reserved as of September 4, 2026. Rentals are still eligible while funds last. Utility incentives through Energy Trust of Oregon may still apply. See the rebate guide.

Do heat pumps work in Willamette Valley winters?

Yes. Modern cold-climate heat pumps heat well below the temperatures the valley usually sees. Your contractor sizes the system for your home and can add backup heat if you want it.
